Mounting and connecting your eACE

 

Mounting and connecting the eACE with your custom motherboard is a relatively simple.

The eACE comes with PCB sockets for your motherboard. We provide with the eACE:

• the correct number of 8 pin PCB sockets for the I/O
  • https://www.snapeda.com/parts/535541-6/TE%20Connectivity/view-part/
• and one 2 pin socket for GND/VDC (5 to 30 VDC)

The actual number of 8 pin PCB sockets involved is dependent on the version of the eACE that you are designing your motherboard for.

The USB port is not connected to the motherboard. Remember to reserve space to connect the USB cable!
