Why have I a error when I try to upload my HMI project?

In some cases, you may get an error when trying to upload a project to the HMI via USB.

You have selected the wrong HMI model in CommandHMI software
Your HMI is not connected or you have more than one HMI connected via USB.
With the new HMI (HMI-xxx), please, use USB-A port on your PC, not USB-C.
The USB driver is not installed correctly

In Windows device manager, search the HMI device.

Its name can be different like SK60 HMI or Human-Machine Interface

Uninstall the device

Make sure you tick the “Delete driver…” box

Once the CommandHMI software has been installed, go to this folder and run the program

If this doesn’t work, you can try disabling the Memory Integrity setting in Windows Security.

Steps to Disable Memory Integrity:

Access Windows Security:
- Click the Start button (Windows icon) at the bottom left of your screen.
- Type “Windows Security” in the search bar.
- Click on the Windows Security app in the search results.
Navigate to the Kernel Isolation Page:
- In the Windows Security window, click on Device Security in the left-hand menu.
- Scroll down and click on Core isolation details under Core isolation.
Disable Memory Integrity:
- On the Core isolation page, you will see an option labeled Memory integrity.
- If the option is enabled, click the toggle to disable it.
Restart Your Computer:
- After disabling Memory Integrity, you will need to restart your computer for the changes to take effect.
- Click the Start button, then the restart icon (circular arrow) and select Restart.

Important Notes:

Security: Disabling Memory Integrity can make your system more vulnerable to attacks. Make sure to re-enable this feature as soon as possible after resolving the issue for which you disabled it.
Compatibility: Some applications or drivers may not work properly with Memory Integrity enabled. Disabling this feature can be a temporary solution for compatibility issues.
